Dear TOUCH Coordinators,
Thank you for your patience in dealing with the technical issues with the TOUCH website. We've recently deployed a solution to remove any duplicate events in the system. As a result of this fix, you will be able to approve or deny any events that were previously "stuck" in your pending hours "to be approved" queue.
You may also notice some events in the queue that you previously reviewed. Due to the duplicate clean-up process we needed to update some previously "approved" or "denied" events back to "submitted" status to assure that they were properly categorized. Thank you for taking the time to review these again. Be assured that your students will not be credited twice for the same event.
If you find new duplicate events in your queue please email email@example.com with the TP number of the events to be deleted and we will address them on Monday.
