Dr. Jimenez has been active in her profession her entire career. She has been President of 2 state organizations and on the review panel for the NC MEdical Board. She has been on several national ACOFP committees including federal legislation, Public Health and Wellness and the Business of Medicine committees. She was inaugural faculty and a Regional Assistant Dean at Campbell University's College of Osteopathic Medicine.
She opened her own practice in 2009 and grew it up to 5 providers and over 10K patients in 10 years before she sold it. She is an Osteopathic Health Policy Fellow, A Costin Scholar and a Primary Care Champion Fellow. She is now in Texas, part of the TOMA Government Relations Committee, still a delegate for AOA and ACOFP and Chair of Clinical Medicine at Sam Houston's new DO school.
